Booth Information

• All vendor spaces are outdoors on the Sherman Municipal Lawn
• This is a rain or shine event.
• Vendors are responsible for providing their own shelter, tables, chairs, signs.
• Setup is the morning of the event. Security is provided only during the Festival.
• There is a $10.00 additional fee per space for electricity. Availability is limited and restricted to several areas.
• Credit Card processing fee for registrations is $3.00 per transaction.  We love using Square to run the festival.

Registrations fees for 2024 – Deadline is June 1, 2024

Vendor Booths  – 12′ x 12′ Space  –  $75.00 each

Non Profit – Information Only – 12′ x 12′ Space –  $60.00 each

Electricity (limited) $10.00 per space

Credit Card Fee $3.00

T-Shirts $20.00 per shirt (pre-order only by 4/5/2024)

Early Bird Discount – registrations received by March 1

Vendor Booths and Non  Profits  receive $15.00 off their fees.

Policy Regarding Political Booths

The Texoma Earth Day Festival is a non-partisan event. We recognize that environmentalism is a
universal concern across religious and political affiliations.

We encourage political parties to participate in the festival by hosting voter registration drives and
educating attendees on issues. We do not allow campaigning for and by candidates. Candidates are
welcome to provide information on issues and volunteer at the festival, and they can wear their
campaign buttons and t-shirts. Candidates and political parties are prohibited from handing out
campaign literature and signs at the festival.
